PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The clip-in insect screen is a fixed screen for windows that is specially designed for aluminium, wooden or plastic window frames. Note that this product is only suitable for tilt-and-turn windows. This clip-in insect screen is installed without drilling or screwing by using extremely thin stainless-steel clamps. The clamps are available with various depths, depending on the amount of space in your window frame. Each clip-in insect screen features a brush that closes the gap between the product and the window frame.
For wooden and plastic window frames
When you opt for a clip-in insect screen for your wooden or plastic tilt-and-turn window, the insect screen is mounted on the inside. With a wooden window frame, the clip-in insect screen is placed behind the steel strip in your window frame (as seen from inside). The stainless-steel clamps attach to the inside of the window frame, allowing the window to be closed without putting any strain on the window's ironwork. A clip-in insect screen for a wooden or plastic window frame has all the clamps mounted on the side of the product. If you have aluminium window frames, the clamps will also be mounted on the underside of the product.
The clip-in insect screen is made to measure with mitred corners. If the product is taller than 1500 mm, it will feature an intermediate upright. This product is available with four types of mesh, namely standard grey or black mesh. Anti-pollen mesh or pet screen mesh are also available at an additional cost. The clip-in insect screen is available in eleven standard RAL colours. Non-standard RAL colours are also available at an additional cost.

Design
The clip-in insect screen features a fixed aluminium frame with brushes that close the gap between the product and the window frame. This effectively prevents insects from getting into your home. Depending on the type of window frame, the stainless-steel clamps are mounted on the frame. Given that the product is installed from the inside, the clamps keep the clip-in insect screen in place in the window frame and prevent it from falling out.
